One of Canada's leading retailers wanted our team to help them leverage their ecosystem of products to help customers solve everyday problems and make better choices, driving true loyalty. We mapped out and presented viable concepts and product solutions that aligned with the clients business goals and KPI's, that gave them a clear understanding of what they should be focusing their efforts on over the proceeding months and years.
